Aquatic Resource Centre

Facilities

The EABRG has access to world class facilities both locally and remotely for maintenance, breeding, and exposure of fish to chemicals and their mixtures. These facilities include tanks systems for exposing fish to wastewater treatment works effluents, a large tank system at the Environment Agency’s National Fish Breeding Unit used for some of our fish breeding studies and a recently installed £9M state of the art aquarium facility at Exeter. Complementing these fish facilities, Exeter has first class cell and molecular, sequencing and imaging facilities.
