Scientist discovers more about Horseshoe bats on BBC One wildlife programme

An academic from Biosciences has appeared on the BBC One programme ‘Britain’s Big Wildlife Revival’.

Dr Fiona Matthews, a Senior Lecturer in Mammalian Biology in Biosciences at Streatham Campus appeared in the segment about Horseshoe Bats. Along with Michaela Stracken she spent a night at Beer caves capturing and tagging bats in order to find out more about their flight paths and feeding habits.
