CLES success at the Teaching Awards 2015

Students, academics and staff from the University of Exeter and the Students' Guild gathered on 30 April to celebrate the 2015 Teaching Awards with the College of Life and Environmental Sciences winning 3 awards and placing as runner up in 3 categories.

The Students’ Guild Teaching Awards were originally introduced in 2010. The awards ceremony formally recognises outstanding teaching and support at the University. Now in their sixth year, the Teaching Awards were celebrated with a drinks reception and a unique exhibition before the winners of each of the 10 award categories were announced. The winners were selected by students in a survey organised by the University of Exeter Students’ Guild.

A huge congratulation goes to Sport and Health Sciences for winning the ‘Best Subject’ category. After being placed runners up in previous years, it is a deserved award and recognition by the students themselves of the hard work and dedication of all the staff.

Congratulations to all the winners and runners up from across the College.
