I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Horsnell Group at the MRC Centre for Medical Mycology. My research spans a variety of projects with a primary focus on intestinal immunity. Specifically, I investigate how maternally transferred immunity influences mucosal and intestinal infections, including those caused by fungi, bacteria, and helminths, in offspring. My PhD research explored the effects of diet on the colonization of the intestine by Candida albicans.
