Dr Ramy Ragheb

Computational and integrative biologist working at the interface of signalling, chromatin and gene regulation. I lead the computational research in the Hendrich laboratory. I specialise in the integrative analysis of time-resolved epigenomic datasets (ChIP-seq, CUT&RUN, ATAC-seq, nascent and single-cell RNA-seq, among others), and in connecting computational analysis to mechanistic biological questions.
