About me:
I am a postdoctoral research scientist with interests in molecular ecology, genomics, population connectivity and web development. I am particularly interested in the application of whole genome sequencing data as evidence to support decisions by conservation managers and policy. I have worked for both academia and public sector organisations on a diverse range of projects and organisms, including in population genomics and evolutionary biology of marine invertebrates (lobsters and soft corals), coralline red algae and bats, and in developing software to visualise bacterial clades that cause disease in agricultural animals.
