Dr Vasanthakrishnan Radhakrishnan Balasubramaniam

I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the laboratory of Dr. Bertram Daum at the Living Systems Institute, University of Exeter. I have over 10 years of research experience in microbiology, biochemistry, infectious diseases, and cell biology, along with a couple of years of experience in structural biology. My current work focuses on structural biology approaches, particularly understanding biological processes at the molecular level and how structural biology can provide insights into the mechanisms underlying health and disease. I am currently involved in a research project related to microsporidian infection and I am passionate about advancing collaborative scientific research.
