Overview

I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Temperton Lab (‘The Viral Pirates’) at the University of Exeter. Funded by the the BIOS-SCOPE project, I am currently in the process of applying the long-read viral metagenomic method developed during my PhD (‘VirION’) to better characterize Open Ocean (Sargasso Sea) viral communities.
