Overview

Dr Kelly Sanders completed her degree in Applied Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in 2004 from the University of the West of England, Bristol (UWE). She stayed at UWE and completed a Ph.D in Biochemistry investigating the molecular mechanisms of insulin secretion (2008), before doing post-doctoral research in the laboratories of Professor Steve Halford (Bristol), Professor Daan van Aalten (Dundee) and Professor Mark Dillingham (Bristol). 

Since 2018 Kelly has been a Research Technician in the Living Systems institute here at Exeter University for Dr Gold and Dr Daum (Jan 2018 - Dec 2022) and Prof. Scholpp (Dec 2022 - ).
