Overview
Dr Roberta Peres da Silva was recruited as an Early Career Fellow to the MRC Centre for Medical Mycology in June 2019. Her research focuses on the endemic fungi Paracocccidioides spp. and Sporothrix spp., and in particular the role of extracellular vesicles in the crosstalk between host and fungus.
