Overview
I am broadly interested in research that supports the conservation of threatened species and ecosystems. I gained an interest in ecology during my BSc in Environmental Science, and have since gained skills in molecular biology and bioinformatics through an MRes in Marine Biology. My Master’s project involved studying the evolution and ecology of coral’s endosymbiont, zooxanthellae. In my current role, I am assisting in research into the diet of the invasive Asian hornet in Europe.
