Research interests
My main research interests are in cellular and molecular biology; particularly cancer cell biology. I graduated my Masters of Biomedical Sciences with a 1:1 from the University of Southampton in July 2018, where my research project focused on the role of Tollip in mitophagy and the significance of mitophagy in neurodegenerative diseases.
Research projects
I am currently undertaking a PhD at the University of Exeter (funded by the GW4 MRC DTP) with Dr. Steffen Scholpp; investigating paracrine Wnt signal propagation via cytonemes in gastric cancer cells.
