Fibroblast expressing mem-BFP and presenting Wnt5b-GFP on cytonemes
This is an in vivo super-resolution analysis, which was taken with our Lattice-Structured Illumination Microscope (Lattice SIM2, resolution below 100nm) and shows a fibroblast expressing mem-BFP and presenting Wnt5b-GFP on cytonemes. We added a mCherry-tagged nanobody to mark the ligand when exposed extracellularly (Zhang et al., 2024, Nature).
